At Ridge Engineering, we are dedicated to maintaining the most efficient CNC machining and general turning and milling operations, providing our clients with high-quality product, quicker turnaround periods, and significant cost savings. Equipped with milling machines outfitted with pallet systems that reduce production time and provide measurable output improvement, our advanced machinery allows for lights out manufacturing. Possessing two 300 KV power generators that can run the majority of the facility in case of emergency power loss, we guarantee on-time product fulfillment no matter the circumstances. Equipped with true 5-axis linear motor milling machines employed for complex part machining, and a horizontal bore mill which possesses a 70×79 inch rotary table and can operate on parts measuring up to 156x99x86 inches, our superior CNC and general turning and milling machinery can meet tolerances down to (±.) 0002 inches. And, we can handle a wide range of materials including titanium, aluminum, and phenolic. We offer several high-speed linear motor tilting head vertical CNC with travel up to 194″ in length.

Possessing a variety of in-house testing equipment, including a Gantry Type CMM, we perform thorough analysis of all our products, guaranteeing that all of our CNC turning, milling and machining services meet with high industry standards and client expectations. And, our CNC machining operations have successfully served a number of diverse industries, leaning heavily on aerospace (e.g. mechanical radar and electronic racks).

Contact Ridge Engineering today to learn more about all of our superior CNC machining services or to inquire after any of our secondary service options, which include punching, heat treating, and passivating.
